Professional photography helps sell - emotions decide. People buy with their eyes. And when choosing their new home, they proceed the same way. Buying a property is primarily about emotions, at least initially. 80% of all clients are decided even before the actual viewing - based on the presentation of the offered property.
Photographs are and will be a fundamental part of advertising, even though there are currently other, more complex, and modern methods of presentation (e.g., tours, etc.). When you browse the internet looking for a property, you almost always perceive it visually first. Only when the property appeals to you do you start dealing with facts and delving into information. First impressions matter a lot, and therefore looking at photographs of the property for sale can often decide. The quality of photographs can greatly influence the success of the sale. Beautiful photos attract buyers like a magnet and increase the traffic of the advertised property. Clients then often come to viewings having fallen in love with the photos of the property, and during the in-person visit, they plan how they will furnish their new home. It is therefore clear that professional property photography should not be underestimated, because the time spent on this service returns many times over.
Professional photography
Although our real estate agency SAXAREAL has quality photography equipment, professional photography is a given for us and we use the services of a professional photographer with whom we have a long-term collaboration. Our goal is to provide the best possible services. The property needs to be prepared first for photography and given a form that will best appeal to the buyer (see Home Staging). During the actual photo shoot, good light, perspective, and colors matter. The resulting photograph must create a pleasant atmosphere and capture the strengths of the property, while also corresponding to reality. This is a fundamental requirement because when the client then comes to personally view the apartment for sale and finds that reality does not match the photos, it is a major disappointment and they will most likely reconsider the purchase. That is why it is not good to lie to clients with "edited" photos.
Why is photo quality important?
The offered property stands out among the rest already in the listing. Most potential clients fall in love with the property at first sight. You get more interested buyers. You sell at a higher price and faster.
